A student who transfers schools shall be ineligible to compete in athletics at the Varsity level for a period of 90 consecutive school days unless there is a change of residence.

Fall Sports
-HS – Cross Country, Football, Volleyball, Cheer, Dance
-MS – Cross Country, Football, Volleyball
Winter Sports
-HS – Basketball, Wrestling
-MS – Split seasons (1st half – Boys Basketball) (2nd half – Girls basketball, Wrestling)
Spring Sports
-HS – Track and Field, Golf
-MS – Track and Field
Summer Sports
-HS – Baseball, Softball
Sharing or Cooperative sharing agreements with Mason City
-Fall – Trapshooting, Swimming, Rugby
-Winter – Swimming, Hockey
-Spring – Soccer, tennis
-Most high school practices will be after school or in the evening
-Middle School practices can be either AM or PM depending on the sport
-Volleyball and Basketball usually run AM practices 6:15/6:30 – 7:30 am
-Cross Country, Football, track, wrestling usually PM on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri.
No Wed practices after school for MS due to early outs.
